Had my 2 step cleaning and Cindy is amazing! I usually have horrible cleaning experiences and she offered an extra step of numbing my gums the first visit to make the experience more comfortable! She is such a pleasant person and so professional! Highly recommend!

I had a infected painful tooth. Aspen would've taken my insurance. Walking by the windows to go inside. And on the windows it says " emergency walk ins welcome". So I go inside and explained my problem. The lady at the front desk asked if I had appt. Told her NO I was an emergency walk in. Well then I get the famous eye roll. And Then the lady said the oral surgeons were gone for the day. Mind you its 2 230 in afternoon. While all this was going on. She was Drawing on a Styrofoam cup. That was more important i suppose. Well then I turned around and walk out. Worst custer service ever. How dare i disturb her Drawing on a cup. 🙄🙄🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️.

I absolutely love love loved Dr. Jessica!!!!! She explained every step and detail. She also was fun and friendly making the dental experience easy and relaxing!! Her assistant Faith was also amazing, fun and very attentive!!!! I never want anyone else working on my teeth but these two!!! Amazing experience.

I had a wonderful experience! No wait time. Addressed my issues, same day cleaning .Cindy was amazing sweet and friendly. Marti the assistant was very knowledgeable and patient answered all my questions. Dr Valpoeise was very knowledgeable and friendly. Katarina the office manger was beyond help with my financial issues. Would refer all my friend.

Was in recently to become a new patient. I was seen by Marti, Jessica and Katrina. The entire team was very helpful, enthusiastic, and very friendly as well. Unlike most places, the team at Aspen prioritized my health and wellness above everything else. They helped guide me to a plan to resolve many issues with my teeth and provided me with the most flexible options that catered to my insurance and financial situation. I’ve never been more confident to return for a follow up appointment and I can tell that I will be just as confident with my teeth when they are done.
